How Extreme Torque Motorsports handles the information you give us when you enter this contest.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, town, province, closest store, the vehicle type you are interested in, your buying timeline, whether you have a trade-in or want financing, and how you heard about the contest.

Why we collect it

To run the contest: confirm eligibility, count entries and bonus entries, run the draw and contact the winner.

For follow-up from our sales team, only if you tick the optional consent box on the entry form. That consent is separate from entering and is never required to enter.

Who sees it

Extreme Torque Motorsports staff at your chosen store, and our contest platform provider, who processes the information on our behalf and does not use it for anything else. We do not sell your information. Website visits are measured with privacy-friendly analytics hosted on our own server. It uses no cookies, does not share data with Google, Meta or advertisers, and shows only totals such as page views, referring sites and approximate location (city level).

How long we keep it

Contest records are kept for 24 months after the draw, then deleted. If you opted in to follow-up, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe.
